Refund policy

Customers have the right to cancel their orders before delivery. (Except for customized orders)

We accept returns and provide refunds only for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return:

All items and contents must be unopened, unused, and in brand new condition.
From the date of delivery and confirmation of delivery the buyer must notify us formally of any product objections or damages within 30 days.
Please ensure all items are packaged properly and safely when sending back the item.
You (the customer) are responsible for shipping costs.

Refunds:

Once we have received and confirmed your item after inspection, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in 5-8 business days.
